Q: I have a comprised win win claim which my attorney failed to file in timely manner to protect my statues I filed a tort

Yes he lead me belief he had filed the claim then went to court on me got the case dismissed with prejudice me not knowing what he was talking about nor pursuing.afterbi sent a electronical letter stating I was waiting for a medical reviewer to accept my litigation for review. To file the claim through malpractice division.ehich told me I could file at anytime after the statues but I had to represent myself and I had to have a medical review report which is hard for me to obtain without a attorney.what can i do it been two years over statues of limitations but I been working due to the malpractices division saying I could file after my statues having to present myself if the judge decides to look at it,so how can I draw the attention for the judge to get involved with my claim. Of breach care and breach of duty and understanding the truth of law by and attorney I had working on my claim
