Q: Exposing Systematic Procedural Abuse in LACV083742 & EQCV084907: A Call for Justice

I am a pro se litigant in Woodruff Construction LLC v. Henry Herrera et al. (Case No. EQCV084907), facing systemic procedural abuse. The plaintiff filed a default judgment prematurely, ignoring court-ordered deadlines, served documents improperly on a dissolved LLC and at outdated addresses, and altered contract terms during arbitration to expand scope and financial obligations. Plaintiff’s counsel defied court orders for separate debtor’s examinations, openly stating: “I’m going to do it how I would like to do it,” blending personal and business inquiries. Broad subpoenas, payment manipulation, and timeline delays further obstructed my defense, causing financial strain and reputational damage. These actions violate Iowa procedural law and due process principles. I plan to escalate this case to higher courts to address these systemic failures. How can I hold the plaintiff accountable and ensure fair proceedings as I move forward? Advice on exposing misconduct and building an appeal.
