Jacksonville, FL asked in Employment Discrimination and Employment Law for Pennsylvania

Q: Is it legal for a work place to publicly post employees names who did not receive the flu vaccination?

They say it's posted so other employees know who isn't vaccinated so they can make sure the unvaccinated employee is masking.
