During plea agreement proceedings defendant was asked if he was on mind altering drugs or medication defendant disclosed he was on trizadone and zolft then judge asked for what and Defendant disclosed his diagnosis of ptsd and major depression disorder. Judge never ask how medication affected defendant then as the proceedings continues defendant is considered by judge and other court officials as demonstrating inappropriate behavior and disrespectful towards sentencing judge to the point that after proceedings asked warden to bring the defendant back to the prison to keep him away from other defendant also during plea agreement defendant ask judge to clarify on a maximum release date which in the case would also had been the sentencing end date judge responded he don't have say over parole consideration and ask Defendant if he needs time with his lawyer after seeing defendant reaction defendant turn to lawyer and lawyer tell defendant just get it over with and defendant plea guilty
