Q: Back in July, I receive a message from Cash app saying they close my account due to violating in the terms.
I reached out to them on several occasions to ask them to please send me proof of this because I feel like my identity has been compromised. I explained to them I only use cash app for paying my Netflix bill, Hulu, etc., and send money to my family members or they send the money to me. No one has given me an answer. I explained to them I feel like my identity has been compromised because no one is telling me anything but the same old message. this has been going on since July. What do I do? I explained to them I will seek legal actions because you’re not telling me anything but the same thing and I want to know. To see if someone can give me a different answer. This was back in September they just got back to me yesterday with the SAME answer
