Q: Can a previous dog owner sue to take back their dog when they look to rehome it and neglected it in their care ?
When I first received the dog the previous owner told me how the dog was too much, super hyper and doesn’t like dogs. They gave the dog away that had no structure, needed more shots and cared for in a better home. The previous owner reached out to me several times since I got the dog being adamant about keeping the dog for one day every other month and I simply told them no it’s not best for the dog. Now the previous owner is threatening to sue to get the dog back for one day.
