Q: Can my parents take my phone away from me (I’m 15)
I’m 15 yrs old who got in a fight with my parents. They tried to take my phone away from me and I said “it’s my property and you can’t do that”. Then they said “Watch me, what are you gonna do? You can’t legally sue.” So I went ti the internet and couldn’t find any sources about wether I can sue/sue without my parents permission. I am NOT trying to sue my parents, I just don’t want them taking away my phone whenever they feel like. The phone was given to me by my parents as a gift for my birthday.
