Q: How do I respond to a unethical attorney who is requesting attorney fees in family court.
Child's attorney has abused his position by not applying equally the law to the other side with regards to the best interest standards and has disregarded the statements of his client's mother where she admits in the deposition to lying to her husband, her older son dealing drugs out of the house, driving without a driver's license and insurance with her child in the car, she admitted to stealing from her work and selling products back to coworker, discovery shows abuse and waste of marital assets, and he violated the rights of the petitioner when asking questions at the deposition to the respondent, attorney objected to questions that the judge ruled to be allowed.
I had status quo granted and had my son for 6 months until he recorded me losing my cool verbally and gave it to opposing council who requested a emergency hearing where the judge ruled without any fact finding, or my ability to provide evidence to with defend myself, ruled to temporary no contact with my son, help
