Allow me to explain best I can. {By way I am a older man with no education. 55 with a 6yo daughter} We live together as a couple in same residents, daughter born in 2018, mother moved out 2020, daughter continue to live with biological father, mother moved 2nd time again in 2022, again now daughter age 4 continue to still live father. Mother came same year with police & took my/our daughter. My question to you the attorney's may you locate a couple of case laws to were father win primary physical 50.1% custody even though couple was not married in spite of the {Legitimation Law In Georgia} Daughter came home from hospital, live & resided with father, I still live at same address. {I cant afford attorney, PLEASE! Help with case Law} Mother moving again in Jan. 2025 will be 3rd move in 4.5 years
