Q: Is a couple who online gamble together, under 1 account, considered illegal?
My partner and I, online gamble together. But we share money, so we share accounts. Some are under my name, some under my partners. Is that considered illegal? The account is under only one of our names, but we both use it. However it was brought to our attention that may be illegal and we had no idea about that.
