Q: Question about real estate, I ended up signing a contract I didn't or don't feel like i should have had too
Ok, So I wanted to list a home. I contacted a realtor. They came saw the property told me a good listing price after i had explained what I had invested in the property. I thought it was sort of low and asked if maybe it was a tactic to bring more offers. They stated a few times they thought it was a fmv. Anyways. I had received offers that were close and was tempted to let it go but i went threw financials and realized i had more in the property than originally thought. I informed them of this and asked what I should do. They told me I could raise the price but they didn't recommend it. Option 2 was to place a pause on the listing to give some thought. 24-48 hours after I received a text saying a offer had been placed just above asking price. I asked them if it was on pause and he stated that the person in charge of that was out of office at the time I had requested it. My reply was "OH" Anyways. He had asked me what I wanted to do with the offer and I didn't know how to respond any
