Q: Is it considered a legal contact to write an agreement that my babysitter can’t let a certain person see my child?
Like I’m weary of letting my kid go to her godmothers because she is in contact with my child’s father who has not contacted nor seen her since she was 6 months old; she just turned two. Would it be a legal binding contract if I wrote out an agreement and had her sign it stating that she is not to video my kid for him, capture photos with the purpose of sending or showing them to him, or enable him to visit her or come within contact with my child’s father while she is in her care? Then having it notarized, would that be considered a contract she is obligated to follow
