Q: how can I take full advantage of an accident where somebody crashed me in the highway,?

He just crashed into my rear back of my car, while I was almost completely stoped on the lower lane, waiting for traffic to advance, I just took out my Honda accord out of the dealer two weeks ago. He already accept his fault and I even video record him accepting he was distracted on the phone.
