Q: my car accident was due to brakes cut, i had full coverage, 100,000.00 per with pip & ppp plan. now its been a while and

my insurance co. said its been to long for records i requested on claim and wont help me. the reason i asked is i saw a family member of ins. agent driving my car. i walk now. what can i do?
