Asked in Divorce and Child Support for New York

Q: Our separation/divorce agreement is great deal for my husband who has been togehter over 15 years. I need legal counsel.

My husband and I are oversea and due to special status SOFA, he has upper -hand regarding to our children's custody and my job. We are separated under the agreement however it was not counseled by legal. In order to proceed divorce, due to lack of funding, I would like to have less battle as possible. Yet, I would like legal to look at what is fair option when it comes to retirement and child support before finalizing divorce. As of now, our agreement is great deal for him and he would like to proceed if possible. I am hoping if I can have legal to consider fair share. I was hoping if there is some legal office who can handle this type of case without battle with my husband but go through legal paper to prepare with small fee.
