Q: Can I sue if my supposed GPA discrepancy hinders my graduation?
I recently discovered a discrepancy between my university advisor's math and the university site regarding my GPA. According to my advisor, my GPA is lower than the 2.15 shown on the university site, which puts me below the required 2.25 for graduation. Based on the university site, I believed I needed to take only two additional classes to meet the graduation requirement. However, my advisor has informed me that additional classes may be necessary to achieve the required GPA. Graduation is in May, and I am concerned about this issue. I have proof showing the current 2.15 GPA on the university site. What can I do to address this concern or consider legal action against the university?
