Q: Can probation officer test my daughter on house arrest without order in WV?

My daughter was on probation and attended court, where she was placed on house arrest. We paid for the house arrest, but after court, her probation officer tested her without the judge's order and subsequently sent her to jail a week later. On probation, she was tested weekly, but no testing during house arrest was discussed in court, nor did she sign any paper to allow testing. We also received no documentation about house arrest rules, and the probation officer didn't give a reason for testing. Was the probation officer allowed to test her after she was put on house arrest?
