Q: I was convicted in KY but live in IL can they still suspended my license

I also am required by KY to take an ADE program. No idea what that is though? can u help me

A: Even if you have a charge in one state this can affect your license in another state because states report violations to each other. You will likely have to complete whatever is recommended for you in the state the charge occurred. Some states will allow you to complete this in your home state. Also, you may be able to get your license or permit back in Illinois with a hearing.
