Can I change my bankruptcy attorney if I don't trust the way he is handling my case?

You can, but the expense may be a bit cost prohibitive.

Yes, but it will be expensive as the 2nd attorney would not be restricted by court pricing guidelines and the majority of attorneys do not like 2nd hand cases.
