Pittsburgh, PA asked in Workers' Compensation for Pennsylvania

Q: Workers Comp. is giving me the runaround on my medical bills. not paying. my attorney dont seem to be doing anything.

The work comp. insurer stopped paying my medical bills. I have sent my attorney the bills and he seems to be doing very little to get them paid.This has been going on for two years. What can I do at this point?I have had medical procedured done recently and gave the hospital the workers comp. insurer as the primary insurer and then started getting bills from the Hospital where they turned the bills in to my medicare and my secondary insurance and the bills were paid by them. I don't know what to do PLEASE GIVE ME SOME GOOD ADVISE AS TO WHAT i SHOULD DO.
