Q: My sons dad has not made first payment and now does not want to pay and is taking me to court. What should I do

He has never seen my son since he abandoned me December 2011. He found out July 31,2014 he was the dad. We had child support court September 11, 2014. It is now October 23, 2014 and he has not made first payment and has decided to take me to court because he doesn't want to pay child support. He has 3 children at his home. 2 of which are not his. What should I do?
