Q: If a father of a child gets married can he get full custody of my child just because he has gotten married
I have been going throw a custody battle since 2012 and now I have to go to court for a second time and now my daughter dad wants full custody cause I got married and has a baby on the way and asking can I do this. Also can he go for full custody without a DNA test never done just a acklodgement of paternity done thanks for your help
