Q: My husb xgf denied a paternity test to him and he is not on birth cirtificate can she force him to pay childsupport?
She tried to apply for foodstamps but thry told her she has to put him on childsupport. He was incarcerated and requested a paternity test be done she denied to do the test. She did not give him his last name or denied to put him on birth cirtificate. Does this mean he has no rights? She keeps harrassing us and will not leave us alone but doesnt want him to have any rights. We want nothing to do with her at all. Can she try to persue patrnity once again?

If he is not legally declared the father then he has no rights.
