New Port Richey, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: Can I get custody of my daughter?

My daughter's father and I both took domestic injunctions out against each other. I had left him months ago due to abuse. We have a current custody case open and everything he has filed has been denied. I believe he made false allegations in his to bypass the custody cases decisions. We were both granted temporary injunctions until the hearing. However he filed his first and was awarded temporary custody. Because of the holidays our hearing has been pushed to a month from now instead of the normal 15 days. Is there anything I can do to get my daughter back before then?
