Q: Me & brother go into altercation. He was arrested/domestic violence. Can the charges be dropped?
Me and my brother got into an altercation in our drive-way at 11pm. No punches were thrown and nobody got hurt. It was more of a scuffle/ wrestling. A neighbor called the police and he got arrested for domestic violence can the charges be dropped?
