Q: My ex wife went and modify the child support without my knowledge, the thing Is she had willing lie about my Income.

I have every slingle money order that I have bought for child support, time and date stamp, with the oringinal order that was filed I am doing the same job earning the same pay, but she refused to tell me where to send It, I have email her 3 times 2 weeks apart and even suggested a POBox, as to where to send It too, but she refused and then went and modify the child support to a figure that I cant pay, and file a claim that I am In contempt of court for not paying It ? I even gave her lawyer the correct Information and forward him my W2 and pay slips but they still refused. , the thing Is she had willing lie about my Income by over 30K per year and under estimate her pay by 40K per Year

I do have to go to court on the 26th October 2015, any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks and you have a good day.

A: Have you completed the financial affidavit and Georgia Child Support Calculator? If not, you should do so and be prepared for the hearing. Also, if you can afford one, hire a lawyer. If one side had a lawyer, A fairer outcome is more likely when the other side also has a lawyer.
