Q: Final Judgment in child support case requires the non-custodial parent & I to equally divide the cost of transportation.

The non-custodial parent is rarely compliant with paying child support. There were no payments sent from May 2015 through August 2015. A few payments were received in September, but the last payment was made 09/17/15. The non-custodial parent said that he would be making a payment around 11/15/15. He is supposed to get our daughter for Christmas vacation, which I am 100% okay with; however, I am just wondering if I will still be responsible for meeting him halfway. I am behind on bills and need automobile work on my car. He is over $17,000 behind in child support. I can't afford the transportation at this time without him getting somewhat caught up on child support payments.

I see the response stating that I have to follow what the judgment says; however, he does not? The judgment says that he is to pay child support every month plus money towards arrears. How am I supposed to afford a 12 hour drive or other form of transportation AND be the only one providing for our daughter.
