Belle Glade, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: Can the father relocate my kids to another county, if children live with me?

The father has filed relocation with child support. He currently lives with his mother and sister. The sister has a child thats 11yrs old. My exhusband is 40 years old and since we separated 2010 he has never helped me financially with the children. He also got a psychologist that we had to meet with. The psychologist gave her report and twisted everything I said and gave her recommendedations in favor of the father. On the report my mental health, my morals, were questioned and I was called a narcissist and bad choices in partners. I'm engaged and pregnant with my partner of 4 years. My kids are tardy to school half the time but they made good grades both been promoted to the next grade. The father has repeatedly called DCF on me in concerns of my kids. DCF found no findings. What could happen in this case?

A: If the court allows him to move then he can do that. Hire an attorney to help you in this case.
