Q: If I have a boss that harasses me on a daily bases, what can I do?
He constantly yells my name as I pass by and when I stop to see what he wants, he will not say a word. He watches for me to come back into my work place to give me more work. He will tell me that he is my boss and I have to do what he says end of discussion and will walk off and not let me talk. He will not let me have my phone or head phones on the work room floor or he will write me up, but he lets the other workers have theirs. He down talks me just because he is my boss and he can.

If it via not sexual harassment, age discrimination, or some protected "class" of behavior, your remedy is to find someplace else to work.
Sounds like that is what your boss wants you to do, anyway.
