Q: Today I was leaving the store a manager and an employee followed me outside and harrased me can I file a lawsuit

It was at Goodwill I was just looking around after picking up brochures from the job room a lady seen that I needed a job and was very kind to me told me to go apply at so and so and I greatly appreciated it as I was walking out the store manager and another employee began to be rude and harassing me asking me questions and just being rude when I asked them why they were treating me this way they kept harassing me while they walked back inside that really made me very upset I suffer from social phobia and PTSD so I was traumatized by this

A: I'm sorry for your traumatic experience. Another consideration here is that this might not be the type of case that an attorney would take on a contingency basis the way they would with a motor vehicle personal injury case. That could possibly mean paying an attorney out of pocket, win or lose. You could consult with a New Mexico attorney, and that could help you make a decision. Good luck
