From the passenger side of the vehicle and all she was being accused of doing was cashing a check that did not belong to her a payroll check that did not belong to her.

The police officer did not identify himself as a police officer his vehicle had no indications that it was a police vehicle he also pointed his dash cam away from where the incident would be taking place everything about the way he pulled up faced his camera that's supposed to protect both of us, away from I'm assuming what he was going to do which seemed to be hostile & hurtful! I'm just wondering what if any charges they could be saying I could be facing

A: Please call an experienced criminal defense lawyer immediately.

If you're arrested, do not try to be hostile or impolite, but at the same time, other than answering truthfully your name, you should invoke your right to remain silent and your right to have a lawyer present in response to any and all other questions.

You could be facing serious felony charges including aggravated assault to a police officer and/or attempt first degree murder. I am not saying you will. But you're asking what might be possible.

Call a lawyer right away who can discuss with you details more confidentially and accurately with more specifics than what you're giving. I wouldn't post any more details online.

A: You could be facing some very serious Misdemeanor and/or Felony charges. You must hire a Criminal Defense Attorney to assist you with this matter right away. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better. DO NOT speak to the police without an attorney by your side.
