Q: I was rear ended in my car i was in the process of bonding for title. Car is total loss.
Impossible for me to get title now. No fault of my own. Insurance company is ready to pay me but the said i need the title that i can't get now because the car is totalled. Missed my appointment to bond for title and it's impossible for me to get what's left of my car to the vin check sheriffs office unless i get it towed there i guess. I shouldn't have to hassle with all that head ache. I'm already without a vehicle for two months now. Bill of sell and proof of temporary tag and proof registered owner .is that enough documentation to be compensated for my loss. Exception to the rule. Because it's not my fault i can't get it titled now. I did what i was supposed to prior the accident.
