Q: I was rear ended in my car that i was in the process of bonding for title. Car total loss. Unable for me to do anything.
I can't proceed in acquiring title due to the damage to my car total loss. It's the other drivers fault i can't bond for title now. insurance company will pay me but they said i need title. That is impossible for me to get. I would have to tow car to vin inspection i think. I had appointment to get title bonded for prior to accident. Now i have no way to do that. The insurance company has to pay me for my car. I have bill of sale and drivers license and I'm insured. Just cant get title because of there fault. What can i do to get paid for my totalled car?
