Colorado Springs, CO asked in Consumer Law, Contracts and DUI / DWI for Colorado

Q: Do I have any rights against mistreatment and breach of contract by my interlock company?

Hello, thank you for your time.

-issue with my interlock Co. and their franchise stores,

- they breached the contract and their imprudent actions made continuance of their services untenable.

-amongst other issues, They were not reporting my payments and calibrations to the dmv.

- Two days after I made my monthly payment I recieved a non compliance letter from the DMV stating I had not made a payment for 74 days

-not true ,I have reciepts for all my payments.

-had 5 days before effective revocation date.

-It took 2.5 days of run around to get resolved, I missed work for it, hold times as long as 284 minutes

-they refuse accountability, blame dmv (a lie)

- told me its just something I have to deal with

-I just want their uninstall to change companies

-they wont uninstall until i'm current, over $2,000 they sent to collections

-$1750 of which accrued after them (I believe) breaching the contract

-trying to be concise , though It gets worse as well,
