Clarksville, TN asked in Juvenile Law for Tennessee

Q: If I’m 17 and respond to some bullies 12-13 with “kys” can I be in legal trouble

I’m 17 and I have been getting bullied by a group of middle schoolers aged 12-13 the form of bullying is both verbal and cyber. Every time they say something very mean or threaten me I tell them to “commit suicide” and then they start playing the victim card. Does this make me the bully even though they go as far as waiting at the stop sign for me to walk home from school to take pictures of me to send around without my consent and yelling mean things to me and even one time showed up at my house with a weapon? These kids even went as far as saying that they want to beat me up because I’m fat. My retaliation is usually repeating any names, threats, or just about anything mean and redirecting it to them and I even tell them to commit suicide. Does my retaliation make me the bully and then the victim and can I get into legal trouble for it even though they are usually the ones doing it?
