Lancaster, PA asked in Criminal Law for Pennsylvania

Q: Can you get my son off of house arrest?

My 22-year-old son was arrested and placed on house arrest in May 2023. He was charged with Terroristic Threats and did not have any weapons on him. He was pretend shooting at cars and people on school grounds in Lancaster, Pa. He is mentally ill and suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia, Anxiety, and Depression since he was diagnosed at the age of 17. At the time of the incident, he was mentally unwell and still is this current day. We've left numerous messages for his public defender to return our phone calls and he does not. My son was recently hospitalized due to his mental health and has been struggling with short term memory loss due to lack of oxygen to his brain because on Monday April 15, 2024, I came home from work where he was cyanotic. Neither my son or I do not know the status of his court case. He needs a lot of outside mental health services. I'm his advocate and I'm looking to get him help and off of house arrest so he can start the proper mental health treatment.
