intentionally discharged from my places of employment, demand to quit and the link or form to calculate the losses to me and the companies involved in this fraud scheme submit to the police. The estimated total losses are 1.2 million dollars, but I want to know how to calculate my loss wages due to forced termination as a result of and by means of Hobbs act, physical and verbal assault and or extortion and the element and evidence to prove this. I will be filing charges with the law enforcement agency and have filed several police reports with warrants for some of the respondent's arrests. Is it different if they're members of criminal enterprise or national criminal organization.
