Q: Is there a guideline on length of time that prior offenses can be used against offenders in federal indictments?
No weapons. No violence. BAD driving record. Feds seem to have vendetta here. I have tried talking to supervisor of public federal defenders office. 3 attempts. No help. Appt Fed public defender has repeatedly been rude with no apparent cause. He has repeatedly told us not to take
appeal route for treatment. Evaluation payed by mother. Appt lawyer was willing to go into appeal with nothing from treatment center rather than reach out. Phone call from parent day before at least gave warning no report with court tomorrow. Small amount. No controlled buys. Old enough to know better. Indictment goes back to charges 2004 and 2005
