Q: how to sue the warranty dept.?
I have my entire house counter top done with Granite Transformation on 2020. a year later counter start showing uneven surface. I contacted owner they told me they cant fix at and tell me to contact warranty dept. after a year fighting warranty dept. said they already paid store owner to fix my counter top- they stated they pay all the expenses. owner told me he doesnt have products that match with the products that I installed plus they i have to pay for labor. It been 3 years my counter top still not fixed. Warranty dept. told me to sue Owner, it's not their business any more.
