Q: I live in Colorado and the court has ordered child support to be paid through the FSR. My ex paid on Cashapp.
My ex is in contempt August through April on child support. This morning, he sent an amount of money on cashapp with the note "November-March child support". The amount does not look correct and there is no way of tracking it as the court ordered him to pay through the FSR. Would this amount count as a gift? Is he allowed to pay child support through cashapp? I've only given him my cashapp so he can pay for his half of my daughter's extracurriculars.
