Bolivar, MO asked in Criminal Law and Civil Rights for Missouri

Q: unfairly treated small court judge and pros. are friends, make jokes about riding together, talk in private what can Ido

There’s a special prosecutor on my case county prosecutor recommended attorney. I went with him. He did nothing I wanted and then now withDrew. I’m scheduled for a trial in my small town and I wanted a change of venue and a change of judge attorney never did it. Attorney lied to me said he would get my ankle monitor removed before I hired him and he never did. I spent 600 a month on ankle monitor and $40 a week drug test and I told Judge I can’t afford another attorney because of this and I have proved myself for a year and he said he will approve my appeal for a public defender and I will get a special one. I don’t want a public defender. We are number two in worst state for public defenders. I want to pay for one with money that I have not spend it on ankle monitor I have no reason for wearing and drug test I have no reason for taking. I’m not a danger to the community. I have shown up to every court date and I’ve passed every single drug test. How many do I have to take to prove
