Irvington, NJ asked in Landlord - Tenant for New Jersey

Q: If only person 1 is listed on eviction and lease but 2 others have resided for 3yrs and landlord is aware can they stay?

LandLrd wrote a letter of complaints to court including the fact the Daughter has lived there not on lease so well aware of the situation but only the Mthr is on the eviction. When the warrant of removal comes can it only be enforced on the Mthr while the Dtr and boyfrnd stay until LL evicts them each through court process? Even as squatters? They've lived on the premises for last 3yrs with LL knowing and stating such to court. The reason being Mtr has no time no $ no where for 15YRS of stuff 2 go. Or her. Won't work with her despite Mthrs numerous terrible loses in the last 2yrs her oldest Daughter, her boyfriend, her Dtrs best friend could be her own, her dog, her belongings and late Ds belonings in flood, a piece of each one of her lungs from cancer, rapidly her sight & now rly her will to live Despite all working nights and OT at 64 to pay everycent possible to LL whole income tax F&S paid only 3mos behind. RentAss approved waitimg inspectyet no mercy want option to keep her stuff
