Asked in Probate for Arkansas

Q: My mother passed away in February and my oldest brother is in control of everything and he's shown us any documents.

According to my brother, my mother left me completely out of everything and she put her real estate into a trust, but she did it

herself. I was told that she didn't do the trust correctly and now everything has to go into Probate Court. My oldest brother has not showed my younger brother, or I any documents, he's keeping them to himself. So we have no clue what's really in them. I know there were three life insurance policies we have no clue if there any good or not because he won't tell us anything about them. He has an attorney that he has hired to work on the property I'm not sure what that means I thought when it went to Probate Court it was there for at least 90 days before anything was done. My younger brother and I were told that we need to sign some documents when the attorney gets them done giving my brother complete and full ownership of everything except for what he thinks we should get, and basically he gets everything. What can we do?
