No. Failure to maintain lane may provide an officer with probable cause to stop you for suspicion of DUI, but failure to maintain lane alone, without more, will not result in a DUI charge, and if it does, a good DUI lawyer should be able to dispense with the charge.

If it is on file with the divorce, it would be in the case file at the Superior Court Clerk's office of your county. If it is filed with the county, it may also be at that office. If on file with the plan administrator, you would have to contact that entity.
