Fort Lauderdale, FL asked in Insurance Bad Faith for Florida

Q: It was economically unfeasible to rebuild our home after a fire. Chase wouldn't funds to loan & now forclosing

We asked Chase to apply insurance proceeds to principal. They agreed and later decided not to. When I inquired why they would not, they said that they would only do so if we paid it off completely. They held the insurance payment in escrow since 2007 and are now foreclosing.
