Q: I live in Indiana and i know for a fact that he is being illegally adopted.
I want to know what i can do to intervene and STOP This illegal adoption!! DCS/CPS took my son in 2005 falsely claiming i was homeless and unemployed and my parental rights were NOT terminated according to the requirements of the law!!! Please help; the foster MONSTER wants me TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY Shut out of the life of my son, even though i have never abused or neglected him or been found to be unfit or incapable of caring for him. THere exist elements of fraud!!
