Q: I got two tickets on making a right on a red light. I went to court and they were charging me 700 each ticket and a 300
They were charging me 700 dollars each ticket and 300 dollar assessment fee on each ticket. They told me I could do 40 hrs of work and I could go to school on the other one. The problem is I didn't go do it cause of money problems. Could I have a lawyer go back in and straighten it out for me?
A: Not to say "I told you so," but this is where avoiding Court-ordered items begins to add up and cause problems. Yes, a lawyer can probably get in front of a judge and have the Court permit you to complete the programs which were ordered in the first place.
