Q: Can I do anything of the city of west palm beach has declared my house to be a nuisance because of drug activity

My son had a friend who sold drugs from my house and it is no longer hapenning but the city said I had to put my son out on the street or they could board my house up is this true

A: Probably not. You do need to ensure that criminal activity does not take place at your house. You can be arrested and have to face criminal charges. The constitution protects against taking property without just compensation.
