Q: Does Florida Law allow domestic partner coverage on employee health insurance if the employer says it is ok?
Our group insurance provider (United Health Care) tells me that Florida allows it if my Employer allows it, my Employer says they allow it, but when i told this to our Insurance agent i was told that United Health Care lied to me and that Florida does not allow Domestic Partner coverage.
