Q: Why is my childrens mother not being held in contempt of court for not obeying an order?

There is a current order for visitation. i have taken the mother of my children to court many times over the last five years. nothing has ever been done. she does not comply with the order and i miss my kids.

A: You have to keep bringing her into court until you obtain an order that the court enforces. Without having the benefit of knowing all of the circumstances of your case, that is as good of an answer that I can give.

Also. depending on all of the circumstances, you may be able to seek prosecution from your local deputy prosecutor.
